Once we have planned a date and time to meet, I'll send you a link with a contract to secure your photo session. The deposit and contract link does need to be completed within 24 hours from me sending that link, or the date we spoke about will be available to the public again. From there, I'll send you a how to guide for planning outfits and more information with your session.
YAY! It's time for your photo shoot! I'll reach out to you the night before or that same am to confirm to meet you at our agreed upon location.
If the drive is more than 20 minutes and you know your kids are cranky after a car nap, arrive a little early to help them gently wake up!
Within 2-6 weeks after your photo session, I will reach out to you to let you know that your online gallery is ready to view. From there you'll be able to select your package selections. The gallery will be live ONE month from date of gallery delivery for you to make your package selections.

How do I book a session?

Do you offer videography?
I have a second shooter that covers video footage for $250 per hour of coverage that puts together a nice video of the overall day, but this is a newer thing we are able to offer and want to remind you that the coverage will be that of an apprentice photographer's work. I can also recommend some AMAZING Videographers that do this regularly and are able to offer more of a polished video project, if that is what you're looking for. Just ask! I'm happy to help!
What should I/We wear?
Please don't try to wear all white shirts and khakis at the beach for your photo session. Be bold, show of yourself a little, wear something that makes you feel the best version of you. Wear something that represents your personal style while also keeping in mind that simple is always more pleasing to the eye. I would try to avoid busy patterns or logos when picking out outfits. Feel free so send me outfit photos as we plan your shoot. We want everything to be perfect for your photo session. I'll also send you a more helpful list once you've booked.
Do you deliver every image?
During our session, you will hear my camera clicking, A LOT! I do take a lot of images during your session to make sure
Capture that PERFECT MOMENT. No, you won't get every image that I take. During the editing process, I eliminate duplicates, missed focus images, test shots, etc. What do you get? You get to select your favorite from the best of the best images from your session, that both of us can be proud to show. They will be retouched/edited to help represent my style while showing off your cute self. ; )
I edit a full gallery for each session and deliver it to you electronically. Then you're able to select the number of images that come with the package that you have selected from there. If you'd like any additional digital images, they are $10 each or $250 for the gallery.
Do you do weddings?
YES!! I love love love weddings! You can check out my wedding packages that are completely customizable under my Weddings tab. Did you know that if you book 4 or more hours of wedding day coverage, you get a complimentary engagement session?!

Do you travel?
YES! I love to explore new places, especially during a portrait session or for weddings. There is a travel fee after 20 miles from the area code 32401. Just let me know where and I'll get you a travel quote. Let's adventure together and make some awesome memories.
Amanda, we're in Florida! What if it rains when I have my session scheduled?
If it's raining, we will reschedule or plan to be flexible around the rain storms. I prefer to continue as planned until we know it will be raining for sure during your session. It rains almost every day during summer, but the afternoons are usually dry GORGEOUS skies on the Panhandle beaches. You will not have to pay your deposit again if we decide to reschedule due to rain.
What is required to book a session/wedding?
For sessions, your session fee is required to book along with a client contract/photo release and a $100 non refundable deposit with the remainder of your package balance due before our photo session or the day of. You can pay the remainder in cash, check, Square, Venmo, Cashapp, etc. Just let me know.
For weddings, I have THREE payment plan options; 1/3 payments, 50/50 or Paid in Full.
(Comes with a free anniversary session when paid in full)
Seriously, I know it's a lot of money, but it's worth it, so talk to me and let's work out a payment plan because these pictures will be one of the only reminders of your wedding day. The cake will be eaten, the dances will have been dances, the vows will have been said, but these photos are something to look back on for the rest of your lives. I want to make sure you have the most precious memories to treasure FOREVER.
What kind of photography do you offer?

Yes, I do. I have a full indoor studio for boudoir, newborn headshots, and soooo much more.
My studio is located at 2611 West 23rd. Street, Suite C., Panama City, 32405 behind the Tudor's Biscuit World, by appointment only. Please be VERY careful when entering in the parking area. The drive thru and parking situation of Tudor's is a high volume area and you'll need to cross through to get to my office in the back of that parking area. It's the office with the Blue Canopy.
Do you require a contract?
Yes, I do! This is mandatory for any portrait session/wedding photography with me.
Do you offer prints?
Yes, I do! When I share your digital gallery, I'll share with you all my print options.
I also have a whole store available for you to order various sizes of prints and other fun keepsake items!
Some of my packages actually come with prints.
Do you do blemish edit/touch up the images that you deliver?
I do! I try to remain as natural as possible, while also removing anything that is not a permanent mark on your body. If it's only temporary, like a scratch or bruise, I will remove it, if possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept all Major Credit Card companies via Square for deposits/invoices, or you're welcome to pay via Venmo, Cashapp, cash, or check.
Do you do sneak peeks before my gallery is ready?
For regular sessions: No, I don't do sneak peeks. I will let you know when your gallery is finished for you to select your images that coordinate with your package from there. I know everyone is super excited about seeing their images once our portrait session has completed. I just have an order that I like to follow when editing, and it helps me make sure I delivery galleries in the order they were shot to be fair to each client patiently waiting before them.
For Weddings: I offer a wedding sneak peek 1-3 days after, again at one month anniversary, another sneak peek at 2 months, and finalize most galleries by the 3 month anniversary, if not before.
How long should I wait for my gallery to be ready?
For a portrait session, I have a turnover rate of about four to six weeks.
For a wedding, it can be two to three months depending on how much coverage. But don't worry, if I finish it up early, you'll be the first to know! ; ) After it's ready, I'll send you an email or message to view your gallery and pick your package for prints/digitals/etc from there. Payment plans available for package purchases.
Do you have weekday availability?
Yes, I do! I also work on weekends! I've worked on a few minor holidays, but PLEASE do not ask me to work on Christmas. It's just not gonna happen. Fourth of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas week, & NYE and any government Holiday doubled for Holiday Fee.
Do you have a second shooter?
I do! You can hire a second shooter to help me with you wedding day.
